The Nike Air Max 97 OG QS “Silver Bullet” Drops Overseas Today

Will we be seeing these stateside anytime soon?

Nike had somewhat of a golden era in the ’90s, spanning from the fan-favorite release of the Air Max 90, then referred to as the “Air Max III”, all the way to the slightly under appreciated Air Max 97. Thankfully, the 20th anniversary is arriving very soon for the latter, and it looks like it’ll get another chance to shine on shelves.

For the re-issued Air Max 97 OG colorway, known to many as the “Silver Bullet”, everything seems to be in place as it originally was: reflective 3M accents, Metallic Silver upper, and minor hints of Varsity Red on the heel, tongue tab, and side panel Swoosh all appear on this iteration of the classic silhouette.

The release date for this quickstrike release of the Nike Air Max 97 OG “Silver Bullet” seems to be scheduled exclusively for overseas at the moment, with END. Clothing getting them in two weeks (December 14) and a few retailers in Italy already scheduled to stock up today.

Get a look at the revamped classic below, and look out for a wider release date in the coming weeks:
